Why do I receive your emails?

There is only one possible way to receive our mailings:

1. One day you came to our website.
2. You filled in the small form entitled ‘Receive Our Newsletter’.
3. You opened the first email we sent you.
4. You clicked on the link that the email contained and that serves to confirm that it is indeed you and not someone else who wants to sign up for the newsletter, i.e. that no one is signing you up without your permission.

In short, you receive our mailings because you requested it.

How can I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

To do so, click on the link at the bottom of each email message that says “Click here to unsubscribe”.

This will take you to a page that, among other things, contains a link with the text “Unsubscribe”.
Click on that link as well.

If you don’t do that, you won’t be disenrolled.

Yes, a lot, we have many years of experience in the sector.
We launched the MUDI brand in May 2023 and we are already one of the leading brands in Europe.

Does the quality of the product meet market standards?

Of course, and not only this, our standards are above those of our competitors, as are the technical solutions incorporated in our products.

Many of our components are identical or of the same quality as those used by much higher priced brands.

Is your packaging correct?

We work our packaging in the same way we work our products.
Each product has the best packaging in order to guarantee a correct reception, as long as the transport has been more or less correct.

There may be incidents or rather occasional transport accidents that may still cause incidents, but we guarantee that they will be one-off issues.

We have sought ways to reduce the size of cardboard boxes to optimize transportation costs and minimize their impact on the environment.

Weelko sells MUDI to hairdressers?

Weelko only sells to distributors; if you are a hairdresser we will pass you the contact of the nearest distributor.

It is important to us that, as a hairdresser, you have someone close to you who can take care of you.

Where all our specifications can be met at the most efficient cost.
Most are manufactured in China, some are manufactured in Spain or Italy.

In all cases, our products undergo stringent quality controls.

How can I get more discount?

Offering a good service to the hairdresser and an excellent after-sales service, in addition to having an annual purchase target.

If you have money and space we can offer you FCA orders direct from the factory to your warehouse.

The price seems expensive to me; if I go directly to China it is cheaper.

We have been working with China for more than 25 years and we have been wrong many times before.

Our products are manufactured in China, but the engineering, components and many details are the result of our know-how.
Our quality control is demanding.

How do I place an order if I am a distributor?

The fastest and most efficient way is for you to do it through our B2B.
You can place orders, track your orders, consult invoices…

It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Is transportation included in the price?

No; our prices are very competitive.
The cost of transportation varies depending on the destination and the volume of the order.

We will provide you with a quotation for each order, which you must confirm and accept.

What are your delivery times after I confirm my order?

If we have stock (as is almost always the case), we ship orders within 24/48 hours; approximately 95% of the time.

The delivery time of the carrier in Spain is 24-48h.
For the rest of the European countries it can be from 4 to 8 days, depending on the distance.

What payment terms do you offer?

Prepayment before shipment.

I wish to pay at 30/60/90 days.

We do not accept payment terms other than payment in advance.

How do I know if you have received payment for my order?

We check all payments on a daily basis; once payment is received, the order is released for shipment.

How do I know when my order is delivered?

You can check the status of your order in the B2B whenever you want.
You will also receive a link where you can see the tracking of your order.

What is the warranty on MUDI products?

12 months from date of invoice.

What do I do if I have a problem?

Call us on +34 697 834 463 and we will assist you quickly.
If the product is under warranty, all spare parts are at our expense.

Can I return an order?

Yes.
You will have to pay the return postage and make sure that the product and packaging arrive in perfect condition.

We will refund your money once we receive everything correctly.

I want the exclusive.

We do not give exclusives.
If you order sufficient quantities, we can customize products for you; we can even manufacture them with your brand.

If I don't have exclusivity, will I have enough margin?

We cannot give you the exclusive; our business is based on low margin sales and therefore we need quantities.

We have recommended salon sales prices and act in accordance with the law to preserve brand value.

I want product with my brand.

We can study it; depending on the product, minimum quantities will be required and you will also have to finance the order.

I want a customized product.

We can study it; depending on the product, minimum quantities will be required and you will also have to finance the order.

I want to send the order outside the EU.

You must tell us the requirements of the country where you must export the product and we will let you know if we can meet them.

HOW DO I CAMPAIGN WITH YOU ON SOCIAL NETWORKS?

We recommend you to contact your sales representative and our internal Marketing and IT team.
We will offer you the best option to sponsor one of our products on social networks.

TRANSPORT AND INSPECTION OF GOODS

My order did not arrive

You will have a tracking number where you will be able to see the status and situation of the order.
If any major inconvenience arises, we will pursue the agency.

How do I check the goods received?

Follow the instructions in the incoming goods guide in the video video.

I have received damaged packages.

We must note on the delivery note that one or more packages have been damaged and inform Weelko within 24 hours so that Weelko can request a claim from the transport agency.
We do not accept “pending revision”, we must specifically indicate that there is visible damage.

The same applies if the shipment is made to the end customer.
If the packages arrive incorrectly, are not checked, the claim is noted on the delivery note but Weelko is not informed, the claim cannot be made to the transport agency.

The sale is always made from EXW Berga and the packages travel at the distributor’s risk, even if Weelko organizes the transport.

We have received products other than what I ordered.

With the advanced logistics system we have implemented, this is highly unlikely.
In case it happens, let us know what you have received and what you are missing.
We will pick up the wrong items and send you the missing ones as soon as possible.
